Paul is a Toledo, OH native. He attended St. Francis de Sales H.S. graduating in 1996. He then obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000 from Bowling Green State University.

Paul immediately began his career appraising homes. He manages the contacts and coordinates the daily activities of the business. In 2003 he expanded the business from Toledo moving the base of operations to Ann Arbor, MI. Paul takes pride in maintaining his operational capabilities at the highest state of readiness and is both aware of current and pending changes in the real estate market his agency covers. Paul and his associates have a strong commitment to continuing education so as to maintain the highest quality of service within the industry.

Paul is an active member of the Real Estate Boards in Toledo and Ann Arbor. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and the American Planning Association.

He enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.

Bill Altermatt

Bill is also a native of Northwest Ohio, growing up just down the road in Findlay. After graduating from Findlay High School in 1995, he attended Wright State University to pursue higher learning. Bill has a background in the financial service industry and began his career in appraising residential properties full time in 2004. Bill has demonstrated his dedication and commitment to the appraisal profession and maintains the highest level of integrity in this field. Like Paul, Bill is committed to the continual pursuit of education and thoroughly enjoys the appraisal business.

Bill is a real estate professional with a thorough working knowledge of the local real estate markets. He has strong interpersonal and technological skills and excels in building relationships with clients. Bill maintains a high level of integrity for the appraisal practice and stays current with all USPAP guidelines.

Bill married Angelia in September of 2006. He is a real sports fan and loves playing golf. Bill and Angie enjoy vacationing at Norris Lake in Tennessee.
